Destiny Defense: Angel or Devil is a new android game that combines strategy and action. Action part of this game is that you control the commander in the battlefield. The strategy part of this game is that you control on what units to use in certain situations in the battlefield.

Destiny Defense: Angel or Devil is a new android game were you are an angel commander commanding an army against an devil or evil army. The game features 10 different units to use with different weaknesses and strenghts. You can also upgrade those units as well as the skills and attributes of your angel commander.

Action And Strategy Rolled into one
Destiny Defense: Angel or Devil has an action and strategy gameplay. Action because you can control the commander of your army and action because you control the release and selection of the units.
Commander
The commander or the angel general or whatever you want to call it is the unit that you can control in the battlefield. The commander can be used to be as bait to the opposing units such as archers or used to cast skills. The commander can also be upgraded. You can upgrade his stats as well as how effective his skills are.
-Commander Skills
There are 3 skills, one is heal, shield and paralysis. Heal will heal your units for awhile, shield will increase the defense temporarily and paralysis will paralyze enemy units for a little while.
Normal units and Hero Units
There are 5 normal units in the game. These are the sword, spear, archer, priest and knight. Units have their own strenghts and weakness. You can also upgrade your units which may suit your style. Normal units cost soul to be produced in battle. Sword requires the smallest soul cost while knight the biggest. Hero units are just a stronger version of those normal units with an added skills that can push-back enemy units. Hero units are also upgradable.
Soul, Mana
Soul are used to produce units and Mana are used for the commander's skills. Soul and Mana both replenish over time. You can increase soul and mana limit by upgrading their respective skills.
Strategy
Strategy plays a big factor in this game and using the units effectively is the only way to win in this game and not just spamming units left and right.
Flaws
Upgrade cost is too high
Upgrade cost is too high in this game. There are times that you would need to play 10 battles or more just to upgrade one skill.
Weird difficulty progression
Ai or the enemy units can sometimes release 3 of the same kind of units at once which will make it harder for you to defeat. The enemy units in some levels are so overpowered that you will are forced to upgrade your skills or units just to defeat that level.

Destiny Defense: Angel or Devil is a great game that combines action and strategy which you would not see with other android games. The flaws are negligible because of how great the game is. It is a game for those wanting a real rpg strategy like game and not for those wanting an easy casual game to play with.
